I’m Munira Girnary, owner of Caring Transitions of Seattle Central. My career in UX research taught me to listen closely, translate complex needs into clear plans, and guide people through change with empathy and structure. I love connecting with individuals, organizing the details, and bringing calm to situations that can feel overwhelming for families across Capitol Hill, Leschi, Madrona, East Queen Anne, Belltown, Downtown, and Delridge.

I chose this work after watching loved ones navigate significant life changes and realizing how much compassionate, coordinated support truly helps. Caring Transitions enables me to serve my Seattle community with the skills I value most: careful listening, thoughtful problem-solving, and reliable follow-through. I’m married to Faisal, and we have two terrific teens, and our family’s roots here keep me focused on delivering care that feels personal and practical.

My goal is simple: to provide relief, clarity, and confidence when it matters most.
